Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Deliver high quality customer service promptly and accurately
• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event and staff areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
• Current RSA Photo Competency Card.
• Good WHS focus.
• Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the Company.
• Ability to interpret, communicate and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Bar Staff and Waitstaff 

Presentation  
No jewelry, short, neat and clean fingernails, minimal to no makeup, long hair must be neatly tied up, maintain good hygiene practices, beards must be very neat and well-trimmed, visible tattoos are acceptable (except on face), deodorant to be used at all times, colognes and perfumes to be used sparingly.  
 
Clothing  
Quality material black pants, black t-shirt (no visible logos), clean and neatly pressed Navarra suit jacket**.  
**(Suit jacket is supplied by Navarra and attracts a one off $$ bond [bond value will be advised at time of handover e.g. $80 per jacket]. Bond is held until Jacket is returned in fair condition at end of employment).  
 
Shoes  
Black leather non-slip shoes.   
 
Unacceptable Uniform  
No facial tattoos, or face piercings to be worn, no runners or joggers, no other items can be worn except those mentioned above.
